  1. Please select ––> Register for the Workshop
  2. Fill in your email address and agree to the use of cookies ––> CONTINUE
  3. If your address is already in the database, you will be guided to enter the password
  4. If your email address is not known, you will switch to register yourself (name, address and further details)
  5. Select your personal password ––> NEXT
  6. Select the appropriate Registration option ––> NEXT
  7. Select the appropriate Registration fee ––> SIGNUP
  8. Now you are in your account and can control all details

Check your status

  1. Please select ––> Login to your account
  2. Fill-in your email address and password
  3. Select ––> Login
  4. Find all the details necessary

Submit an abstract

  1. Login first to see your details
  2. Select ––> Abstract Submission
  3. Select in the left row ––> Abstract submission
  4. (if you have already submitted one, you can select ––> My abstracts to control them)
  5. Fill in the form (Title, Track, alternative track, select your preference – oral, poster) ––> NEXT
  6. I would suggest to add affiliations first followed by the authors (per author two affiliations are possible)
  7. Select ADD author and Add affiliation to see them at the bottom of the page
  8. Fill in the Abstract text (max. 2000 characters)
  9. Name some keywords
  10. Select ––> Submit abstract
  11. You are guided to the abstract overview page and see the abstract(s) submitted.
  12. Control the abstract(s) by clicking the title or select –> delete to erase the abstract
